APPLICATIONS»INDUSTRIAL OVENS
Industrial Ovens, Furnaces & Kilns
Industrial heating environments often involve extreme temperatures, prolonged duty cycles, and fluctuating environmental conditions.
INDUSTRIAL OVENS
Heating Elements Engineered for Industrial Ovens, Furnaces & Kilns
Heatox tubular elements are available in straight or bent forms and can be mounted via flanges, brackets, or threads depending on the installation type. Materials such as Incoloy or stainless steel allow operation at elevated temperatures or in mildly corrosive atmospheres.
Industrial heating environments often involve extreme temperatures, prolonged duty cycles, and fluctuating environmental conditions. Our tubular heaters are particularly suited for:
Curing and drying ovens
Kilns and furnace chambers
Paint and powder coating booths
Heat treating and annealing processes
Plastic & Rubber Moulding
Our cartridge heaters and split sheath heaters are widely used in injection moulding and extrusion systems. They offer rapid heat-up times, uniform heat distribution, and excellent heat transfer-crucial for mould quality and cycle times.
Learn MoreFood Processing
Tubular heaters and thermocouples are commonly installed in food-grade ovens, warming trays, and temperature monitoring systems. We supply components that ensure stable, controllable heating across production lines.
Learn MorePackaging Machinery
Precision heat is vital in form-fill-seal systems, shrink wrapping, and heat sealing equipment. Our heaters can be custom built for compact or high-speed machines.
Learn MoreIndustrial Ovens & Kilns
Heatox tubular heaters are ideal for air and radiant heating in industrial ovens, paint curing booths, and kilns. They provide even heat across wide surface areas and are available in straight or formed configurations to fit your exact setup.
Learn MoreLaboratory Equipment
High-accuracy thermocouples and compact cartridge heaters are used in laboratory heating blocks, climate chambers, and calibration systems. We supply instrumentation-grade components.
Learn MoreHVAC & Process Control
Our heaters support hot air blowers, duct heating systems, and fluid warming applications across HVAC and chemical processing sectors. Split sheath and tubular heaters allow for easy maintenance and retrofitting.
Learn MoreOUR HISTORY
Where We Began
Heatox originated from its early work building precision moulds for Core Engineering, which naturally led to the development and specialisation in high-performance cartridge heaters for demanding industrial applications.
304 Stainless Steel Sheaths
Ideal for oxidation resistance throughout many environments. 316 Stainless Steel and Incoloy® are also available upon request.
High Impact Ceramic Caps
Suitable for high vibration applications and prevent contamination. By employing deep holes in the cap, the fraying of leads is avoided when bent.
High Temperature Lead Wires
High-temperature lead wires are employed for working temperatures up to 550°C.
Nickel-Chromium Resistance Wire
Nickel-chromium resistance wire brings maximum heater life, we evenly wind it for a balanced heat distribution.
High Purity Magnesium Oxide
Selected for maximum thermal conductivity and maximum dielectric strength. It is highly compacted for optimal heat transfer.
